To submit an order, please download and fill our order forms.  You can submit these forms by fax or email.  Once we receive your order, you will be contacted by one of our sales representatives.  Once your order is approved, we will manufacture the same.  Please be aware that our lead time is approximately two weeks and that we require full payment at the time of delivery.
